Michael Kottmann studied law at the Universities of Passau, Durham (UK) and Munich. After his first state exam, he served as legal clerk at the Higher District Court in Hamm.

In 2006, he graduated with the second state exam. Since 2006, Michael Kottmann is also managing an international company as CFO.

His focus of work and interest is on business law.
